FPB has begun testing the final phase of the all-digital project in select areas as we begin the process of eliminating analog cable. If you live in the Springhill, Duckers, Walnut Hills or 421 South area and your television is not ready for the all-digital transition, you will begin seeing a graphic page stating your TV is not ready for the all-digital transition. Please order a DTA for your TV by mailing in the postcard or by ordering online via the website link you received. If you are ready for all-digital TV you will not see this graphic. If you have already ordered a DTA but have not yet installed it, please plug the unit in and begin enjoying all-digital TV.
The FPB All-Digital Conversion is currently underway. Please be sure to respond at the on-line address detailed on the card you received in the mail or by detaching, filling-out, and returning the business reply card provided with the mailer.
We are presently working on the All-Digital Conversion in the following areas:
Leawood Dr., Collins Lane and South Frankfort West of Capital Ave..
We are offering final reminders for the following areas:
South Frankfort East of Capital Ave.
Once these areas are removed from this site, we have moved on from that neighborhood. You can still sign-up for DTAs either at the on-line address, or by returning the card you received in the mail, but your order will be moved to the back of the line after ALL FPB customers have had an opportunity to reply to their mailers.
