Three New Channels Added To Extended Basic Cable Lineup
As of February 4, 2010, new expanded basic channels 73 (KET KY), 74 (WTVQ 247 Weather) and 75 (Wazoo Sports Network) have been added to the Extended Basic Cable lineup. i-guide data is functional for channels 73 and 74 but is a work in progress for channel 75. To find schedule information for Wazoo Sports Network, please visit www.wazoosports.com until our guide data is operational for that channel.
These three channels are also available to any customer with a DTA or any customer that has a QAM tuner in their digital TV (QAM channels 73.1, 74.1 and 75.1). Since FPB no longer has space on the analog lineup, some customers will NOT gain access to these three channels until DTA’s are rolled out into their neighborhood. These new channels are only available on the digital simulcast version of the Expanded Basic Cable channel line up.
Customers who have already received their DTA's are encouraged to connect them so they can immediately receive digital video, digital audio, three new channels and a new guide service from Tribune Media.

Attorney General & Better Business Bureau Caution Consumers About Water Line Service Coverage Solicitation
Attorney General Jack Conway and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Central & Eastern Kentucky today cautioned consumers to be wary of a mail solicitation from Home Service USA that has generated numerous complaints from consumers and public utility officials in Central Kentucky. Consumers in Frankfort, Versailles, Richmond, Danville and Nicholasville have reported receiving solicitations from West Palm Beach, Florida-based Home Service USA that look like a notice from their local water utility. The notice is actually a solicitation from a private business offering what appears to be a warranty service. To view the complete notice from the Attorney General's office click here.
