All-Digital Conversion Begins
DTA’s Begin Shipping to Customers

As the next step customers will recognize as part of FPB’s all-digital conversion, newsletters have been mailed to all customers and the first shipment of DTA’s will begin soon. If you misplace your newsletter, click on the image to the left to view a PDF version online. The conversion process will take place on a neighborhood by neighborhood basis and will continue until June 2010.

If you do not hear from us regarding this conversion soon, don’t worry. You will receive notification in the mail when it is time for you to submit information to determine your need for a DTA. As the newsletter states, not every customer will need a DTA based on whether they own analog or digital televisions, but we do need to hear from every customer so we can remove your name from future mailings if a DTA is not needed.

As part of our educational process, we have produced several training videos in order to assist you with your DTA installation. Although an installation manual is included with each DTA, the visual training tools might be helpful. You will find the DTA Installation Videos below. You can also reach this page under the Cable/Telecom menu.
