Call 352-4480. You will be asked several questions to determine whether Channel 10 will be able to tape your event.

We will review the program to make sure it is non-profit as well as check the audio and video to make sure it is suitable for broadcast. Most of the time there is no problem, but sometime when programs are recorded at SLP speed the quality is not suitable for broadcast.

Most shows recorded in our studio are 30 minutes long, although some shows up to 60 minutes have been recorded if the content warrants.

We would like to know at least two weeks or more prior to the event. It takes time for us to find a freelance videographer for the event if it occurs after normal business hours.

We need to know what the program is, where it will take place, what time it begins and the name of a contact person we will meet at the event when we arrive.

Channel 10 is a non-profit channel. If you are advertising something for a non-profit organization, that can be listed on Channel 10. If you have a listing for something you are selling, you should utilize our Photo Classifieds on cable Channel 27.

We maintain the programs we record for one year. After one year the tapes are recycled.

Listings on Cable 10 will run up to the date of the event or through the ending date of an event spanning several days.

Call the office at 352-4480. We will need the name of the program or the date it was videotaped. If you wish to supply a quality videotape, the cost for duplication is $10. If you do not supply a tape, the charge is $15. DVD copies are also available for $20 (limited to 2 hours on each DVD).

A broadcast schedule for Channel 10 is published each week. The program is scheduled when it can "fit in" on an appropriate night. The program will play first in the evening and then again the following morning. You can locate the broadcast schedule in The State Journal, on cable Channel 22 and on the Plant Board's website here.

Call our office at 352-4480. You will be asked some questions and let you know if we currently need anyone. If we don't need anyone, we will keep your name and number on file and contact you when there is an opening.

Our production staff records our programs on digital hard drives and produces the final program on DVD. If you are bringing a program to Cable 10 or Channel 20 for playback, please provide the program on DVD. If programs are delivered on alternate formats, a charge will apply to convert the program to DVD for playback on our system.

Please call our office at 352-4480 as soon as possible. This will allow us to schedule another event in its place.

When you call to request a copy of a program, we will ask for your name and telephone number. When your copy is ready, we will call you.
