The FPB billing reconciliation month is this May. Customers that use the budget billing option should review their monthly statements for any outstanding balances.  To insure customers remain in good standing and may continue to utilize the budget option account balances must be paid in full by the May due date.  If unable to do so, you will need to contact our Customer Service staff to make other arrangements.
FPB cable customers, does your DTA or advanced set-top converter ever act strange? If so, please unplug the device from the power source. This can be accomplished by removing the plug from the wall outlet, or you can unplug  the power cable which connects directly to the device. While you are doing this, also check to make sure the cable connection is secure.
